Just called Best Buy support, the lady I spoke to said it can take up to 48 hours for us to receive our keys.........................

Agreed.  BestBuy does not answer phones when you call, finding someone to help is next to impossible as no one is EVER working in any area it seems, their promotions are half-baked and not well executed.  And tomorrow when I call BestBuy and sit on hold for 20 minutes, to ask why I dont have my code, they are goingto tell me it is handled by a third party and I would have to jump through 90 hoops with some other company to get my code, because BestBuy did a half assed job..  GameStop next time.
