Well, I finally got it overnight last night. I guess the servers were probably overloaded or something. I tried it for the last time at around 11pm est and when i woke up this morning it had completed.

This is nuts - BB charges my card immeadiately after my preorder, but even now I can't start the download (due to "download error").  You have the technology to extract payments from people, but lack the ones to deliver people's goods.  

Promise people something, then not deliver - a great model for a lot of repeat customers, right BestBuy?

I was able to get the game downloaded fairly easy.

While the download errors were annoying, it wasn't anything that inconvinenced me a lot.

Every time it gave me a download error I did NOT press restart download. I restarted Pc App and went to download it again and it picked up from where I left up. I had to do this maybe 3 times.  Not a big deal. It did get hung up at 74% for about an hour, though. But patience prevailed and I was able to get it downloaded and ready to play/.

Problem is, you have no way of knowing if the DL is corrupted until you get the key.

True, but it's better than nothing.

I doubt it would corrupted. The problem is most likey a timeout on the connection to the download server.

Same problem here. I can't believe I have given Best Buy $55 and got nothing in return. No one at BB seems to know anything about this, or if they do they are unwilling to help. This is the first time I have ever purchased something from Best Buy, and will certainly be my last. Now I remember why I've always stayed away from this store.

Best Buy, Ive been sitting here trying to download for hours. About 3 hours last night, and about 2 today. Ive been downloading for about 2 hours now and im only at 8%... no way I will be able to download it by tommrow. What you guys need to do, is release the CD-Keys so we can all download it on Origin. Its obvious that your servers can not handle this many people and that you need to let us download it somewhere else. Either email everyone a direct download link, or give us the CD-Key or you will have a lot of angry people.

"Get Your Gift" link is still broken and I'm still unable to sign into the PC App with "There was an error with the external service."
