Four days ago I sent a support request through the Best Buy support email service regarding an issue with the PC serial key for Batman Arkham City. I am unable to register my game with GFWL. As I still have not recieved any feedback from the support department, I thought I'd post this issue here on the forum as well.

Alright Best Buy, I forgive y'all for your server issues on the 9th that prevented me from logging into the Best Buy PC App, but this is now going on a week since I submitted my inquiry regarding my invalid serial Key. Someone please acknowlege this serial key issue. Without a proper key for my game, I may as well not have the game at all.

Sorry for the delay in response. I'm not sure why you might've received an invalid code. Another user had a similar problem. I have sent an email to our business partners to figure out what may have happened and how we can get this fixed for you. Thanks for your patience!
