Did you sign back in when you re-launched the app? Also make sure you're using the correct log-in credentials.
Another option would be to locate the game files here...
Windows 7 or Vista:
C:\Users\Your_UserName\AppData\Local\Best Buy pc app\DigitalShelf\Your_game_folder
C:\Documents and Settings\Your_UserName\Application Data\Best Buy pc app\DigitalShelf\Your_game_folder
... and delete the Medal of Honor folder. That should fix and server call error caused by partially downloaded files and allow the download to show up again in your "My Downloads" section on PC App.

I haven't had any luck either. Never encountered customer service like this before. The lady on the phone I spoke to just told me how strange it was because she doesn't even see that I've bought the digital download. My bank says I did though.
