We've been trying to contact customer service for 5 days, and we haven't gotten anything but being put on hold for hours at a time. We need to get a refund for an unsubscription we tried to put through, but apparently it didn't, but we have jobs and can't spend all day on the phone and we certainly can't take a day off to go to the store. It shouldn't be this hard to get help for something so simple, all I want to do is cancel a webroot subscription. There should be some option to do simple account changes through best buy or geek squad without having to jump through a bunch of hoops. If I don't get that money back by the weekend I WILL BE EVICTED!! Can somebody please help me?
Welcome to our community. Personally, I find it quite trying when a process that I think should be simple becomes needlessly complicated. It would seem to me that canceling a subscription should be fairly straight forward, and I was disappointed to hear that it was not. I regret any inconvenience you've endured.
