Where's my card? When I start payments?

i bought a laptop last month with my new Best Buy card, didnt recieve my card by mail. dont know when and how the payment works...

Best to contact Citi Bank and let them know you haven't received your card yet. Because payments would still need to be received. You can make a payment online, in store, mail, or by phone.

Since you don't have the card you can do it via phone and I think in store since they can look it up via social.

Good question! If your My Best Buy credit card application was approved over a month ago, you should have definitely received your card by now, so I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing you.

 

Like our super user, jxs2, was saying, Citibank, N.A. is the issuer of your account. As such, we don’t have access to your credit card itself to figure out when it might arrive. In order to resolve this, I’d suggest calling them at 1-888-574-1301 to speak with a Citibank representative. Please know though you may always pay your bill at your local store (we’d need some information from you to pull up your account without the card on hand) or online using this link here.
