Webroot unsubscription

Money is extremely tight, and I can't afford to keep Webroot on my computer. I know I can call to cancel, but the problem with that is that my phone was shut off and I can't afford to pay it either. Is it possible to cancel from the site, or online in any way? The bill is due next week, and I can't have them pulling money out of my account or I won't have enough for rent.

I just got an email saying that the money was successfully taken out, and my bank account says my account is in the negative. I unsubscribed and they took mony out anyway, now what do I do?

As noted in on Webroot’s community if you’d like to cancel your subscription you’d need to give our Geek Squad team a call at 1-800-433-5778. I’m sincerely sorry to hear that your request to be opted out of the auto-renewal wasn’t processed prior to you being charged for it. The services offered on Webroot’s community would only apply to subscriptions purchased outside of Best Buy. At this time it would be best to give Geek Squad a ring for further assistance. They’d be happy to continue to help you.

If you recall, I don't have a phone right now, that's the whole reason why I posted this in the first place:to see if I could unsubscribe without having to call, and I followed the link provided, after being told it would work. I'll figure something out though, and I better get that money back. Either way, you can bet this is the last time I go to geek squad or best buy for anything.
