Today was the worst shopping experience for me, Never felt this way before. Employees were really disrespectful and gave me hard time without any reason. I was going to do some online pickup I just canceled all my orders and came home. i can't even find any place where i can file a complaint. Bestbuy store on 19350 #B Nordhoff Way, Northridge, CA 91324, Carlos and Ashley did not help at all and show me attitude, i bought an iPad a week ago and i found a cheaper price on staples, so thought i am going to store i will just do the price match with Bestbuy as they price match with staples. before i went to store i called BestBuy customer service and told them the whole price match and they were able to do price match but could not refund because it was an in-store purchase but they gave me a confirmation for the price match. they told me just go to the store and show this confirmation number to a blue shirt and they will be happy to assist you. when i reached to the store and told them and gave them the confirmation number, they don't know what is this confirmation number. they told me there is nothing to do with phone rep with stores. so why wasting my time? just so mad over the whole situation and asked them if i can speak to a higher authority they said they are the highest and if i need to speak to someone else come tomorrow.
Thanks, i am not coming anymore, that was enough insult for me.

Any update after reaching the store manager? as you said on private message, you contacted the store and wanna know more about what happened and now im out of return policy and i think they will not also price match . i was waiting past couple days but have not heard anything from you.

Thank you for your time. So whatever you said did not make any sense to me in private. if I was given a confirmation number than your store should have approved the price match as it was promised over the phone. i spent my time over the phone before leaving to store because i can visit the store at my convenient time and keep the deal as well.if that confirmation is useless than i should not get a confirmation which your store even know what is for. all those confusing to me and now i am stuck with this IPAD cause i can't even return it because of the 14days return policy.
I will be avoiding your store at any cost.
Don't need a reply which i am not gonna bother to check.

I'm "vary" disappointed with your lack of ability to understand a simple misunderstanding between a store and their call center (If you even managed to reach their actual support line) or spelling for that matter. You do realize no company believes you when you say,"I'll never come back." It's a lie, you'll be back the minute you can save $0.01 on a DVD. This is called market forces.
Also the whole,"Dont reply I wont check it" is such gradeschool jibberish. It's the literal equivalent of 'I didn't get my way so I'm taking my ball and going home'. Stop it. You'll be a much better person.
