I was planning on buying a tablet today but due to lack of customer service I left empty handed. After waiting and watching 5 employees standing around talking I decided to take pictures of them before I left. The only person in the entire store that gave me eye contact and a greeting was the guy at the exit that told me to have a good day.
When shopping at any store its great to get customer service in a department / store but it seems you did not receive the great service that I am sure our employees can offer. By chance did you bring your concerns up to any manager or ask an employee for assistance.
During store hours employees might be being coached on a new selling method new plans or even items that are new and exciting or even just a department meeting. So a meeting or group of employees might not be what it seems like I would encourage you to next time to talk with a manager or even approach the employees to see if they may assist you as I am sure they would be more then happy to do so.
If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to reach out.
