Shutterfly Code

I purchased a Nikon camera yesterday which came with a $20 shutterfly offer. The receipt says an email on how to redeem was sent but I never received the email. How do I get my redemption code?

Hello Rudoff and welcome to the Best Buy forums on your receipt bottom you should see a Key with information on your Shutterfly information.

Welcome to our forums and thanks for posing. I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble locating your Shutterfly code email, which I’ll be happy to look into and advise you on. 


Using the information you registered with our forums I was able to locate your order, and can confirm your code email was sent. I also noticed you have a gmail address registered on your order. In many cases gmail either marks these emails from us as spam or places them in a promotions tab instead of your regular inbox, so I recommend checking those areas of your email account for your Shutterfly code.

I searched my entire mailbox, including spam and junk mail, and did not receive it. I looked at the order status emails for this purchase and what I got when I picked up the camera. There is no shutterfly code or link to download it. If you would like I will foward you copies of the emails and the receipt from the store.

Sending me copies of your emails and receipt isn’t necessary, as I already have visibility to your entire order.
