Try entering the disc into the laptop where the disc goes. Alot of times the computer will have some basic steps and tutorial when you load the disc up. Many new equipment will not come with instructions as they are all loaded on the disc itself. You can also call or visit any of the stores along with scheduling an appointment with the GeekSquad for more service. Should you decide that you want the Agents at the GeekSquad to install it there would be a minimal fee, somewhere around $30 dollars usually, but don't quote me, and call if you are wanting that installed.

When you go to the website of the security that you are trying to install do they have options that will show you a step by step process to get it installed? Sorry about the mis-read, you may also choose to contact the company that is the manufacturer of the product, and alot of times they can be of further assistance to you!

You know, there's nothing more boring I don't think than waiting on an email when I want to get on with things. I was discouraged to hear that you haven't received a notification yet and I regret any inconvenience to you.
Generally speaking, free items are added to your Cart as a separate item with the computer. On reviewing your order, I note that no internet security software was added. Since the software was not included in your order, you would not receive instructions for its installation.
I hope this helps. Thank you for writing to us..
