Samsung S8 $480 Gift Card Promotion with lease/new activation (Sprint)

I applied for new line on 7/13/17. I was approved for 3 lines but did not sign up. Today I stopped by to sign up but was inform the offer was no longer valid. I have a paper that says the offer is valid through 7/15 and tried to reason with them but was refused the offer.

I’m glad to hear you came to us when you decided to purchase a Samsung Galaxy S8+, as we’ve usually got a lot of great deals available for our customers looking to purchase a new phone with us. With that said, I’m sorry to hear you were unable to take advantage of this offer.

 

I was able to look into the details of our last promotion we had on the S8+, and it looks like the promotion was still offered through the 15th. While I can’t speak as to why the store was not able to provide you with the gift card you were hoping for, they typically would explain to you why you were not eligible for the gift card at the time of purchase. I’d be more than happy to do some digging into this for you. Would you kindly let me know which store you visited when you tried to purchase your S8+? I’d like to make sure I’m reaching out to the correct store for further information.

The store number is 1470 and the associate goes by the name on Mica. This is unfortunate to hear as this resulted in me losing my time and having to go to Sprint directly.
