I purchased Google wifi from yourselves in February 2017 and now im in Europe. The device does not operate outside of USA which was not on the product description or their terms and I have emails from Google Support advising it wont work outside US.
I will be returning with my receipt and email from Google Support.
Can you clarify this will be enough information to return for a full refund?

Welcome to the forums! I hope you’re enjoying living in Europe! I’ve always wanted to travel abroad, and while I haven’t had the chance to do so yet, it’s definitely on my bucket list.
Per our Return & Exchange Promise, most items can only be returned within 15 days of their original purchase date. Our International Orders page also states that it is assumed all purchases made at Best Buy are intended for use in the US. Because this purchase was made over 15 days ago, we are unable to accommodate your request for a full refund. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
