I too have this same problem. I upgraded the phone and was told to wait 4 - 6 weeks. I purchased the S8 on May 7th on Best Buy's website. I received the email stating that my gift card has been reserved, but have not gotten any information since then. I would certainly appreciate some assistance with this.

Any gift cards you may have qualified for with your Galaxy S8+ purchase should have arrived by now, so I apologize if there’s been a delay. With that said, I’ll be happy to assist you further and hopefully get you your gift card as soon as possible.

 

Before I can assist you further, I’ll need a little more information from you. If you could send me a private message with the following:

 

  • Your first and last name

  • Your order number

  • Your email address
