Same thing is happening to me!! Best Buy is operating an awful service with customer service representatives that do not live in the United States and have no idea what they are doing. I was approved for my card on May 15th, a month later nothing happened except someone saying they were from Best Buy trying to call my girlfriend's phone. I thought this was strange because I NEVER gave them her phone number and when I call the number back no one picks up which makes me think Best Buy's connection is not secure and can easily be frauded. I have since then spoken to SEVEN different customer service representatives, all of which I asked to speak to their supervisor once they started doing the same thing as the first person, and every single one of them said they had no one they could report to. Best Buy leaves these inept people on the phones all days to deal with customers and they have no one they can turn to if there is a problem. Simply put, Best Buy does not care about its customers or employees, it's obvious from the second you walk in the store. When I signed up for this card employees swarmed to assist me because they knew I was being SUCKERED. I've even tried taking a customer service representative's name and ID (Candace, 0077) and when I called back they said I COULD NOT speak to her! What kind of service is this when the person who is familiar with my situation is actually running away from a phone call? I am beyond frustrated, waiting for a call back, because you people cannot verify my phone number because you need to send me a letter to verify my address. This is my third time trying to receive a letter. At this point, I'm just going to ignore my bill and watch my credit score get obliterated by a PHONY banking service.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I apologize for the frustrations you’ve faced with your My Best Buy Credit Card.
The actual cards are sent out through Citibank N.A., the company that services these accounts, so they’ll be best positioned to help you get a that card. They can be reached at (800) 574-1301. I hope that by now you’ve been able to reach someone that has been able to send you the card.
If not, I’d be happy to check this out to see if we can offer any assistance. I’d just need your name, email address, and phone number. Because your privacy is important to us, I’ll ask that you please send that to me in a private message by using the link in my signature below this post.
Once I have that I’ll check it out and see what we can make happen.
