I just bought the G5 several days ago, also. The 3 piece assesory was part of the package. At purchase, the web site said item was at the Bay Shore store. The next day an email states it is unavailable. I could have gotten the phone for $20 less, but I bought it from Best Buy because of the bundle. I called Customer Service and they stated it is no longer available. Then it should not have been advertised. I contacted LG and they said I need to go back to the retailer. Can you please help? Tomorrow, Best Buy will automatically cancel the order. Thanks.

Free items are great, and can be deciding factor in your purchasing choices. I apologize that your LG G5 didn’t come with the advertised 3 piece accessory kit.
Promotional items are first come first served, and may be only available in select locations. I apologize that you weren’t notified upon placing your order initially that your local Best Buy didn’t have it in-stock. While reviewing inventory in your area for the LG G5 3 piece accessory kit it appears the stores in your area do not have it in-stock either.
