Re: Problem with Rosetta Stone - Expired

Hello Bruno,

It hasn't happened often thankfully, but I've had it happen too where a product I've purchased seemed to be expired and I had to try to find a remedy. It can be quite frustrating indeed and I regret any inconvenience to you as a result.

Best Buy's Return & Exchange Promise allows for the return or exchange of most products within 15 days of purchase (30 days for My Best Buy Elite members and 45 days for Elite Plus members). In your situation, the return would need to be made to a Best Buy store. I understand the logistical concerns with you being outside the U.S. and I apologize for not having another option to offer.

Please know I'm grateful you wrote to us with your concern.

Sincerely,

John|Social Media Specialist | Best Buy® Corporate
