Actullay I bought all the gadgets at best buy only and I am Elite member since 2015. On Apr14th I seen one offer Huawei - Smartwatch 42mm Stainless Steel - Silver Leather in Amazon and the price is $164.88. So just I called Best Buy and requested them to confirm whether able to price match the item (in Best buy its $284). The best buy team confirmed able to price match for $164.88 so I have placed the order over the phone and shared the Order number. Best Buy team agreed the credit will apply in 3 to 5 business days and will send the confirmation email in 24 hrs but I DID NOT receive any mail on specific time.
Again I called best buy and asked the status. They told the team is working on this and will send the confirmation email shortly. After 2 days I have received that Best Buy applied only $90.31 instead of around $140. So I called again on 16APR17 and I have explained the issue 1 hr. Atlast the team agreed to provide another $47.36 and I have requested her to document all the things same she was agreed. But I DIDNT get any confirmation after that too.
Yesterday (18APR17) I called Best Buy customer care and asked the status. They simply told we cant provide the credit any more and they said "its fulfilled by Amazon and sold by Thrid Party" so cant offer the same price.
Here my questions is,
1) The Best Buy team verified and validated all the things and then they confirmed we able to price match the item. Based on the confirmation only I have placed the Order. Then how they confirmed on 14Apr17? Is they ready to review/check the recorded conversation?
2) How they confirmed on 15Apr17 and 16APR17 on the follow up calls? Why they didnt tell anything about that on these days? Is they ready to review/check the recorded conversation?
3) Supervisor simply told I could not find any notes. I have requested the team to record all the conversations on my account then why its not updated on my account?
4) I have missed the Amazon offer and now this prodcut cost is $260 and I have spent lot of my time for this issue. But the supervisor simply told we cant offer the price match you can return the product. Is I did any mistakes here?
So atlast I have returned all the products including 2 iPhones because there is no meaning to continue...

It’s discouraging to learn during that time you weren’t an update that your request wasn’t valid.Despite the misinformation you may have been provided the Huawei – Smartwatch listed on Amazon was actually sold by Choice Electronics, and shipped by Amazon. This makes the request you made something we’re unable to help you with under policy.
I apologize that your request initially approved, but then during the review stage was denied. That same agent, however, was able to locate a valid price match to Amazon that day for $90.31. It’s disappointing that wasn’t discussed with you in the moment, or upon calling in to check your request.
