Our Price Match Guarantee is a great way to make sure you’re paying the lowest price possible for your technology. I’d be happy to check into this for you to see if I can help get the price match processed, if it qualifies.
First though, while I understand that you aren’t able to return to the store right now, are there any other Best Buys that you could visit? You wouldn’t have to return to the store where you made the purchase to request a price match. We generally find that it is a bit easier and faster to get the price match processed at a store when possible.

I’d need the customer service PIN from the bottom of your purchase receipt, as well as your phone number and email address. If you could send that over to me, I’ll take a look and see what we can do.
