Paypal Refund Missing, its been 3 months

Its been 3 months and I'm still missing my Refund from a Pebble watch i Return around christmas 2016 160 Somthing dollars.

 

Whats up with your systme and paypal refunds going into black hole?  

 

Order number {removed per forum guidelines}

 

Where is the attach document button. So I can send you recepits and order number and proof PDF's etc.

Hello Armando,

 

Four months is certainly a long time to wait for a refund to apply back into your PayPal account! When returning a purchase, customers can typically expect to see a refund post to their method of payment within 3 to 5 business days (dependent on the issuing bank) of us processing it, so I’m not sure what’s causing such a delay. I apologize for any frustration this may be causing though, especially as it sounds like you’ve been trying to resolve this for a while now.

 

To see how I could help, I pulled up the order number you provided into our system. Please know that we successfully refunded your purchase on 11/13/16 after receiving and processing the Pebble watch. If you haven’t already, I’d suggesting printing a copy of the receipt from our Order Status tool and contacting PayPal directly for further assistance.

I already contacted Paypal They cant do nothing, They dont see the refund on their system, There is nothing they can do to get the refund, They want me to Contact Best buy so they can Properly issue the Re-fund..

Obiusly there is a problem, There are Dozens of not Hundres of Users complaining about the paypal Refund going into a black hole from another galaxy.

From what I can tell, the Bestbuy Worker Process the REFUND incorrectly, and We have to contact the Best Buy manager after like 10 calls. and waiting on hold..

Finally they will Re-process the refund CORECCTLY and it will go through..

SO can you please have the BEST BUY store process the REFUND correctly

I have Ready other USERS Forum posting about this exact same issue

And the Solution is always, Talking to the Store manager of the Best buy where the Item was purchased, and HAVE them correct and RE-Issue the REFUND

apparently there is a BUG or Workflow ERROR on BEST BUY END, Processing PayPal Refunds..

I repeat.. PayPal can NOT resolve this.. THE issue is with the way the BestBuy REP process the Refund..

Please know that our records show that we provided a refund for this order on 11/13. Regrettably, we cannot re-process this, as we no longer have the funds for the order to do so.

 

I realize you may have already been working with PayPal; however, they would be the team you'd need to partner with if the funds have not been released to your account.I apologize for any frustration this may cause.

I already tried working with Paypal numerous times.

 

Please search your own form for "Paypal Refund"  

and realize the issue is with BestBuy,,  You will see dozens of Search Results of people having the SAME issue.

 

yes your system says the Refund was process successfully on bla bla DATE.. 
But obiusly is NOT,,  is not on my Paypal..    

The Reund issue needs to be fixed from the CulverCity Bestbuy..  
There is a Glitch on your sofware when processing PayPal refunds. and I'm not the only one having this problem.

 

Like I mention before,, Other Forum posting say, they spent Hours on the phone with best buy, Until they finally got a Manager to Fix the issue on Best buy end, NOT PAYPAL.  

 

PLEASE Admit, that You have dozens of people complaining about missing paypal refunds..

and Try and contact the Store and Fix my issue

Hello can my Refund please be investigated.

 

Paypal says they dont see any sub-transactions under the main Trainsactions

PayPal Refund

Hello,

On 11-13-2016 I returned an item to a store that I had purchased using PayPal as the payment instrument. It has now been over 3 months and I still haven't seen the refund credited to my PayPal account. How do I get this resolved?

Hello Mandosd49 and Welcome to the Best Buy forums

During refunds once a return is preformed Best Buy automatically gives back the funds and process the return at that time. depending on the method on payment it might take 3-12 days for a refund for any Credit/Debt card purchase however seeing as this is a Paypal Payment personally I have seen issues with paypal releasing money back to an account. I would highly recommend contacting paypal and let them know the date you were issued a refund and to see what has happened to the funds.
