How long does it take to get the new card in the mail? I am no longer able to use my card online as it is asking for the code on the back. I haven't received my card in the mail yet. What is the average wait time to get it???

Welcome to the forum. I can imagine you're concerned about not receiving your new Best Buy card. I'd also be upset that I wouldn't be able to shop without the new one!
As Walrus stated your My Best Buy card is issued by our partner Citibank, and I recommend calling their customer service line at 1-888-574-1301. They will be able to assist you further.
