Welcome back to the Best Buy Community forums. I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t received your promotional gift card yet. I’m sure that it is very disappointing to still not have it.
I was able to look into your order using the information from your post and have verified that your purchase qualified for a gift card. I also see that we have attempted to resend your gift card to you previously, and apparently that still hasn’t arrived for you.
I’d like to see if we are able to get that code over to you. If you could please send me a private message containing the best email address to send it to I’d appreciate it. I would suggest a different email address than we used previously, as it appears that whatever email address you used may not have accepted the email. It may not be a bad idea to sign up for an entirely new email address just in case.
