Mr. Joly,

My name is Giovanni ********. I am emailing you about a recent interaction I had with Bestbuy. Typically I feel that bestbuy handles any issues I may have with respect and fairness. This time arround not so much.

 

To save you or your team the long drawn out story I will make this short and to the point.

 

I purchused a iMac in January 2016.

 

The device's hard drive failed due to a issues with apples manufacturing.

 

I called apple and they passed me back to bestbuy.

 

Apple called bestbuy with me on the phone.

 

Bestbuy agreeded to take the unit back for store credit during that call.

 

The item is currenty active in instock.

 

The stores manager Neil refused to assist and thought it wise to make jokes about me with his team.

 

I called back and was given the "DSM's" phone number.

 

It is out of service.

 

I am simply asking bestbuy take the item back in return for store credit in which I will use to replace said deffective iMac.

Hello Giovanni,

Thanks for joining us at the Best Buy Community forums.  I know how frustrating it can be when your computer stops working so soon after you bought it, especially an expensive computer like an iMac. When I had had my MacBook Pro for just a couple months I had to send it out to have the logic board replaced, so I know exactly how you feel.

Using the information in your post and in your forum registration, I was able to look into your situation. Just got the phone with the executive offices doesn't see...

Just got the phone with the executive offices doesn't seem promising. I feel foolish to have thought bestbuy would have done the right thing. Looks like I'll be going elsewhere from here on out!
