You can either trade in games in store or mail them to Best Buy's "Trade-In Center". I opted to ship them, and see that tracking information shows that the games were delivered on Monday, February 26th. Although the games were delivered at the beginning of this week, I haven't received any status updates.
Just wondering why it is taking so long to process the trade in, since the games were delivered at the beginning of this week, and it's been 4 days since then with no updates?

Welcome back to the Best Buy forum! I’m happy to hear that you’re taking advantage of our cool Trade-In program for your old video games. I think it’s a great option to keep your game library manageable while also receiving some extra funds to purchase the great new games coming out. I would be happy to do what I can to assist you.
As you’re saying that the games arrived with the trade-in team on 2/26/18, I’d advise that, according to the Trade-In program website page “How it Works”, it can take up to 10 days for the team to assess your trade-in product once it arrives. Once they assess the product, you should receive an email to confirm the verified trade-in amount. As it hasn’t yet been 10 days since the product arrived, it may still take some additional time to process.
If you have not received any updates after 10 days, please contact the Customer Service and Support team via phone at 1-888-BESTBUY (1-888-237-8289) or send me a private message with your full name, phone number, and trade-in number so I can look into this in more detail. I hope this information was helpful.
