I placed an order on Wednesday, turns out the wrong email was used. It was suppose to arrive today, I have no idea where it is and what is going on, Please Help!! I can provide all necessary information!!

I understand that the order might have already arrived, and if so, what a relief! However, if additional attention is needed, I will need to request additional information that can help me locate the order, such as the products ordered, the incorrect email, your My BestBuy member number (if applicable), the name on the order, and/or the order number. Please send all these details through a private message by logging onto the forum and selecting the option found after my signature.
You can always track your orders if you are a My BestBuy member by signing into your account on BestBuy.com when you are ready to check out. If checking out as a guest, there is a section in the checkout process that lets you add your phone number to authorize Best Buy to send you texts regarding your order status.
