Lost Gift Card and Replacement

I ordered a movie online about a month ago with a gift card and the movie was backordered. The order got cancelled about a month later and it said the funds for the movie cancelled would be refunded onto the gift card. I had already gotten rid of the gift card, so I called to get a replacement. I had the original receipt as well. The call was fine, but it's been about two weeks and I haven't gotten the replacement gift card. I was wondering if it usually takes this long or if there was a problem. Thanks in advance!

Hi there TheatricJoker - 

While I'm sorry to hear your movie order was cancelled, I'm glad you were able to easily request we replace your gift card that you had disposed of that had been used on the order. Typically, receiving a gift card will take 10-15 business days. As such, I believe you have some time yet before you have any reason to worry. Please also be aware that these gift cards often arrive in a fairly plain white envelope, so keep a close eye on anything you may consider to be junk mail.
