I purchased a LG G5 which was to come with a free accessory package (LG - G5 3-Piece Accessory Bundle - Multi). I purchased even though the bonus gift was not in store as I was promised it would be shipped to my home.
Today, I recieved a text that my order for the accessory bundle was cancelled. The order was cancelled because it wasnt in stock.
When I called Best Buy customer service I was told that the order could not be fulfilled as it was out of stock. I was told it most likely would not be fulfilled. I asked for what consideration Best Buy was providing and told nothing. I requested to speak to a manger and then was placed on hold. The phone then disconnected.
I am asking if Best Buy is willing to make this right. I bought a phone and an accessory bundle. The accessory bundle was in stock when I bought it. Anything best buy can do to make this right would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Best Buy community forums. I understand how disappointing it must be to have a portion of your order canceled, especially a free gift like this.
Under the Conditions of Use on our web site, we do reserve the right to cancel part of, or the entirety of, and order at any time after the order is placed. We will provide you a refund on any parts of the order that are canceled. As a free gift usually has no value associated with it, this is likely why you did not receive any form of refund on your purchase.
