There's nothing more disappointing to me than buying an exciting and expensive new product only to have it not work as expected or develop a fault soon after purchase. I was discouraged to hear this has occurred with your GoPro camera and I regret any inconvenience to you.
Best Buy's Return & Exchange Promise allows for the return or exchange of most products within 15 days of purchase (30 days for My Best Buy Elite members and 45 days for Elite Plus members). As it appears you are within these dates, I recommend returning to your local store for assistance with a return or exchange.
