I am very disappointed at Best Buy. On 3/4 my husband and I purchased a laptop Best Buy in Boca Raton, FL, store no 554. The rep told us the laptop will be ready for pick up on Friday 3/10. We paid the full amount and git a receipt. We went to the store on 3/10, the item was not available. We were told to come back on 3/11. We showed up on 3/11 and they told us it will be in the store on Tuesday 3/14. Well, this we went this morning and was told to come back any time after 12pm. today. We made a total of 5 trip to the store and left disappointed, confused, lied to and disrespected by an assistant store manager. And the worse part, no laptop. My husband paid for a new laptop and the best the assistant manager offered is a used laptop that was previously returned by another customer. She told us take it or leave it. To get rid of us, she told us, a different best buy has what we purchased in store. We asked her to call and we will go pick it up, that is when she said, no the margate location does not have it. And she lied and disrespected us. That laptop is needed for school since Friday. As of today,we left the store after 2 and half hours disappointed.
