I was recently in the Longmont Best Buy on Ken Pratt shopping for a new mobile phone. I was immediately greeted by Hayden who helped me identify what I was looking for, updated my membership information, and checked me out in the mobile center after offering to help me set up anything I might need to go with the new phone. Just wanted to let you know Hayden is an awesome Best Buy team member - I would have taken the survey if I'd remembered to keep my receipt. Thanks for a great shopping experience!

I personally feel amazing when I get a new phone as it is usually many times faster, looks cleaner, and operates so nicely compared to my previous phone. It further excites me to hear how great of an interaction you had with Hayden at our Longmont Best Buy.
