Email Marketing - Survey

I received an email today asking to me to participate in a survey with a chance to win a $5,000 gift certificate. Survey stated it would take a few minutes.

It took some time to fill out this survey only to find out at the end that I didn’t “qualify” for the entry for a gift card. An incredibly frustrating experience to say the least. Really disappointed in B.B. They solicited my feedback, took the data I provided and conveniently told me at the end of this long survey I didn’t qualify...no reason give. This alone will keep me from making my future purchases from Best Buy.

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Best Buy forum and welcome to our community! While any Best Buy marketing surveys are sent out by a third party, I appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback about your experience filling one out.

 

It is disappointing to hear that you did not qualify for the chance to win that $5000 certificate, as I can imagine that would be a wonderful shopping spree with all the cool technology available in our stores. Either way, as you’ve mentioned that you no longer wish to make any purchases at Best Buy, I hope you someday change your mind as it’s never a good thing to lose a valued customer. With that, if there is anything I can assist with in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out as I’m always happy to do what I can to assist.
