Email Addresses for corporate executives

I would like the contact information (email/snail mail) for Magnolia/Best Buy executives that will help us resolve a service issue that has been going on for over two years.

 

The pushace was for a Hom theater package that cos over $60,000.

I am sending this email as a follow up to the previous private messsage I had sent.  I have not received, or cannot find, the response you had sent.

 

Please send some sort of response, other than listing others with similar problems that have not been resolved, so I can plan my next actions.
