Who can I contact about getting my money back, or at the very least a partial in-store credit, for a defective refurbished product?
I understand that there is a 30day return window for refurbished products but I find it ironic how my item stopped working shortly outside of that window and I was given the run around for about a month anyways trying to get Best Buy and the refurbisher to provide a solution, thus, the window would have expired anyways. I truly enjoy Best Buy and would love to continue to have confidence that Best Buy does the right thing by their customers and provides quality products.

Welcome and thank you for taking the time to write to us at our Best Buy Forums. I completely understand how frustrating it is when a device stops working shortly after you buy it, so I'm happy to try and assist you with this.
According to our Return & Exchange Promise we have a normal 15 day return or exchange period on most of our products. Because of this it's likely that your item is no longer in that time frame.
To give you more specific information about your product, I will need some more information. Can you please send me a Private Message with:
Your full name
Your telephone number
Your email address
The store where you made the purchase
The exact date of purchase
The full amount of the purchase including tax in U.S. dollars
To send a Private Message, click the button on the bottom of my post across from my name. I look forward to hearing from you so I can investigate this purchase
