Customer Service Complaints

I just spent an hour on the phone and four hours driving for nothing because Best Buy employees told me they had a product they did not have. I want to know where to go register a formal complaint for the time and money you just made me waste.

Re: Customer Service Complaints

Hello eclipse34,

Welcome to the forum. As a busy mom, wife and career woman I definitely don't have time to waste. I'm saddened to read that you might have been given the wrong information when you called one of our stores. That certainly would be frustrating to be told a product is available only to be told after a long drive to the store that in fact it's not, and I'm very sorry if this has happened to you.

I would appreciate it very much if you could share more details about your experience with me here at the corporate office. We value your feedback very much.

Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you,

Re: Customer Service Complaints

Did you directly call the store to see if they had it?

If not, why not? Wouldn't it make sense to call THE PLACE YOURE GOING TO and have someone put hands on the product?

Re: Customer Service Complaints

hence the reference to time spent on the phone?? this replying ignorant at best and idiotic the rest of the time. it makes it clear I called them and they said they had it. I don't know how to simplify it anymore for you. re-read and re-rethink. smh.

Re: Customer Service Complaints

Yeah, you were very specific about where you called. It's not like they have call centers or anything right? Oh wait. They do.

Re: Customer Service Complaints

i assume you're the type of person that would ring a customer service call center to see if the specific store location you just googled has an item. that has to be why you would bother posting such a condescending reply based on a mere assumption. smh, go find another thread to troll.

Re: Customer Service Complaints

eclipse34, the Moderator (@Maria-BBY) needs to know what store you went to, if you called the store phone number listed (they go through a local call center hub and sometimes information can get mixed up due to these), and other details about your visit to the store. If you do not provide these, then they can not attempt to assist you.
