You guys really screwed up this transition over to Citibank. Like someone else said, no heads up this was gonna happen. I can't register with Citibank because I never got a new card, therefor I don't know my new account number. Since I'm not registered I can't make my monthly payment. Since I didn't make my payment on time now I will get hit with a $35 late fee. Thanks alot Citibank! Way to take care of your customers.

Im having trouble re registering. Are they sending new cards out or can you still use your old one? Also since I cant login right now, do your settings stay the same, such as Paperless billing or will the automaticly send a statement?

They are sending out new cards but the account numbers are the same. It is merely a cosmetic change in card design featuring Citibank logo on back. Your previously stored payment info does move over and you get the choice to opt-in to paperless statements during the initial registration process for account online. Call 1-888-738-4624 if you need help with registering online. They can help you.
