Can't return item

I'm trying to return an item and the BB site is just not cooperating. I locate my order, click Return Options and it takes me right back to the screen to input order information to locate it and keeps looping me there endlessly. 


How do I return my purchase?

If you have a Best Buy location nearby, it would be a lot simpler to bring the item back to that store for a refund. I know the packing slips for items shipped to home also have a portion that you can mail back with the item without any additional steps required. Otherwise, contacting the Best Buy Customer Care at 1(888)237-8289 line might be your best course of action.

To kind echo agni, yeah as long as your within policy just head to the store they can return your item no problem. Or if you wish to not go to the store contact 18882378289 and they can help you out. I hope this hepls! 😀

Welcome to the Best Buy forums!  We’re sorry to hear about the website issues you were experiencing while trying to return an item you're no longer wanting.  Our Return and Exchange Promise is provided to make sure our customer's are fully satisfied with your new technology.


As some of our community members have mentioned already,  you could choose to return to the store location nearest you or you could return your item via the mail carrier of your choice.  Pay nothing up front. Follow the instructions for printing a Prepaid Return Label. Include the packing slip or Return Form in the box with your return. Put the prepaid return label on the package and take it to an authorized UPS drop-off location. The return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

I couldn't return it in person because it's a big box and there are no locations close by. And as I said, the printing return label part of the website is not working. I tried again and again, and it keeps taking me in circles. I go to the order page, click on Return Options and it asks me to verify phone number. I do that and it again asks me to locate order and so on and on. 


I've been trying to get it done for a couple of days and just now realized that I had 15 days to return it. I only received it on 09/05/17 so do I have 8 more days or did the period pass while I've been trying to figure this out? 


Why is this process so difficult??
