Boycott Best Buy continues

I have not purchas a single thing from Best Buy since they cancelled my account 2 years ago despite the fact that I had never ever missed a payment and have since paid the balance off in full during the promotional period. I will NEVER purchase another product from Best Buy... EVER.

Congrats on a successful attention post. I know you're smart, so I'm sure you already know that Best Buy didn't cancel anything since Citibank owned your credit card account and as such, they were the ones who canceled your card. Since Best Buy had no ability to alter or cancel your credit card and since Best Buy can't do anything to change your account status due to them no owning the account, the only purpose this post serves is to be a plea for attention. That's cute. My 7 year old nephew does the same thing.

Welcome to our Community. I certainly understand how a single experience can influence how one feels about an establishment. I'm sorry the cancellation of your credit account by Citibank has led to your not shopping at Best Buy.
