Lost my gift card but I have the original receipt. Website says to call the 800 number to get a replacement. I call them. Give them all of the info from the receipt after an hour (and several transfers) they tell me that they can't help me and to go to the store. Go to the store and they tell me that they can't help me and to call the number. As a former Store Manager and District Manager of large retailers this is beyond ridiculous. Somebody, at some level, has to have this information.

Welcome to the forum. Losing a gift card is like losing actual money, so I can understand your frustration that no one has been able to assist you with replacing it before it gets used by someone else. It sounds like you're being given the run around, and I sincerely apologize our customer service has been nothing but disappointing.
Using the e-mail you registered on the forum I located the purchase receipt and I would be happy to try to locate the gift card, but I need to know the last 4 digits of the card you lost, so I would appreciate it very much if you could send me a private message with your name, phone number and the last 4 digits.
