I Nikhil {removed per forum guidelines} a citizen of India would like your attention towards the issue I faced due to your company.

Your Store Sales MANAGER named Ahmed {removed per forum guidelines} scammed me of Rs.4000(Indian Rupee) this person gave me a deal on PS 4 PRO 1 TB. He told me that he would deliver the product but now it is held in custom in Karachi,Pakistan and your person is demanding money from me, I already gave him Rs.4000 and now he needs Rs.15000 more even when it was your man's mistake to not fill custom taxes. I am a school going student and that money was my hard earned pocket money and your person took that money and is denying refund.
So I now request you to take necessary steps and either refund my money or send me the PS4 pro 1 TB console. I also have a full WhatsApp chat to prove my point along with that person's id card.(which I can give to you)
Take the necessary steps or I will spoil the goodwill of your company.

And now the seller has also blocked me on whatsapp and is not picking up my call.

Ask me for the seller's id card and BEST BUY's STORE address.

It seems you’ve experience what seems to be some fraudulent activity. Unfortunately, this person is not associated with Best Buy Co. Inc. I recommend you contact your local authorities and your bank/credit card company as soon as possible and report this.


Best Buy does not use WhatsApp as a method of communication for our customers. The only communication methods we use are directly in the store, by phone to one of our representatives by calling 1-888 Best Buy (237-8289), or on our website BestBuy.com.
