How to change your My Best Buy™ Member ID associated with your BestBuy.com account
Use this process if you have more than one My Best Buy membership
1. Sign in to your BestBuy.com account and click on your “Account”
2. Select “Use a Different Member ID”
3. Lookup or enter your preferred member ID along with your matching phone number
4. Retrieve your verification email (it could take a few minutes to arrive, if you don’t see it,
check your promotions or SPAM folder)
5. Enter the verification code found in your email
Note, your account information and saved lists will be refreshed to match your membership information. Your online order history, saved credit cards and shipping addresses will remain unchanged.
