A: You can send your request via a private message to the MyBestBuy account on the Best Buy forum by clicking here (must register for the forum to send your request). Please include your current name, phone #, mailing address, email address, and member IDs.
Q: How long does it take to merge accounts?
A: Once complete, it should take up to 24 hours for the merge to fully process and for any points/certificates in the closed account to transfer over to the primary account.
Q: After my accounts have been merged, is there anything else that I need to do?
A: You would want to make sure that your primary My Best Buy™ account is linked to your BestBuy.com account.
