How to link a My Best Buy™ membership to your account


Things to know when linking your accounts:


  • Ensure your primary information on is up-to-date.
  • You can only link one My Best Buy™ membership to your account.
  • If you do not receive the verification email, then you may want to try an alternative email address.  We can help update your email address so that you can link your accounts.


  1. Sign into your account.





2.  Click on the “Account” tab.






3.  This message will appear if your My Best Buy™ account ID # is already attached.  You should receive an email with a verification code within the next 24 hours.  Please remember to double check any spam/junk folders, and you may need to click on "Resend code."





If your account ID # is not attached, then you would want to search for your account.






4.  Locate the email with the verification code.






5.  Enter the verification code and click on "Continue."





6.  Your accounts are now linked!
