The Good :
Best Buy in Dublin has a great selection of instruments in store.
The staff are very helpful and friendly
Its very convenient for me to get to and i get reward zone points.
The Bad :
Due to the type of foot traffic through the store I wouldnt want to buy a display instrument . Kids beating up on $1000 guitars..no thanks.
The store has a very poor stock of new in box instruments (nothing I wanted was in stock)which means you have to order stuff.
Ordering from the warehouse through the store for store pickup is like a black hole with absolutely no way to track your order. I was told last Friday my Guitar has arrived. When I got to the store they said it was in transit. (the warehouse is 5 minutes from my house and 10 miles from the store). Ever since then I have been ringing almost daily trying to figure out how it can take over a week for a guitar to travel 10 miles from warehouse to store. I finally had enough last night and talked to the customer help desk. They didnt even have any record at all of an order being placed. I tried for the next hour and a half to ring the store and when i finally got through they said they had no idea where my guitar was. I really wish I could get my money back and go and buy a Guitar from somewhere else.
I went elsewhere for all my other needs.

Thanks for the input. I work for the Best Buy Musical Instruments Store in Dublin, which guitar did you special order from us? I can understand that head aches involved sometimes but I can assure you it's input like this that will prevent furthar head aches.
