July 2009,I bought a green Les Paul Studio Robot,that did not come complete with charger plug.Its almost october and they have not given me what I paid for.Also the guitar was over $1700.00 and the same guitar sells at Sam Ash for $999.00.It sells for less at Guitar Center.So mabye I am an idiot,but today they said to keep waiting when I took the guitar back to just get my money.Cant charge the instrument and use its features and they suck in customer service.A million employees will ask you if you need help every five inches and five seconds,but wont back up a sale,more like I just got ripped off and laughed at.Thanks Best Buy.The store not to go to is the Beaverton Or. Cedar Hills Best Buy.

I'm sorry you've been having some issues with our store. Let's see if we can't get things straightened out. You mentioned a few issues so I'll try to address them the best I can without some of finer details to the situation.
If I'm understanding you correctly, the Charger Plug that comes with the guitar was not included for whatever reason. You ordered another Charger Plug in July and yet it still has not arrived in our store in Beaverton and the employees there told you that the part has been ordered and to continue waiting.
As far as pricing goes. Since it was purchased in July the price may have come down since then but at this point I'm not sure. I'll explore that later. Also, I found that guitar on Samash.com at the price you quoted however we can only offer a price match if that guitar exists at that price at a local competitor and I couldn't find a Sam Ash in Oregon. We do not match online prices.
I'm curious why it's taking so long for that part to be ordered. To be honest I'm having a lot of trouble finding it on Best Buy's website, Guitar Center, Sam Ash, even Gibson's website. I'm wondering if the shipping is taking long due to the part not being available from Gibson or an error on our part.

Hey you bet,thanks,not trying to get money,just making a point of principle.When you buy a car,it comes with the engine,so you can understand why almost 3 months later I have become agitated.I do believe this will work out,but I can't go back to that store and deal with the most annoying employees in the music department.Not to mention,very unorganized,obviously.Thanks again,your potential repeat customer.
