is the captain america sold on the best buy website the best buy exclusive or the regular edition?, because there used to be a page with the exclusive cover and a page with the regular edition. Please help

The "exclusive cover" appears to be the same sort of "exclusive cover" that they offered for Transformers: Dark of the Moon.

Namely, a flimsy cardboard outer sleeve covering the case with the same standard cover as everyplace else.

Up to you to decide if it's really worth tracking down for that.  I tried, unsuccessfully, on the day of release to get BB's exclusive steelbook cover for Green Lantern.  On the flip side of the coin, a few weeks after Dark of the Moon's release, there were still plenty to be had.  I just wish I'd known that the "exclusive cover" was just that flippin' cardboard sleeve.  I could have saved myself a trip and bought it across the street at Target where I got Thor for about 10 bucks less than BB...they had Transformers for the same price as BB, and with my son being a big Bumblebee fan, we fell for the bait of the "exclusive cover."

Fool me once....
