Could anyone tell me about the format of a DVD that reads widescreen, subtitled? I was looking at the Season #1 of the show 4. Thank you

Hi there KayleeJay,

Widescreen means that the presentation will have the black bars at the top and bottom of the TV screen if viewed on a standard TV.  Subtitles are usually available in additional languages for bilingual viewing.
