Of all the blu-rays listed on the website that had a 01/10 release date (72 or so), I believe maybe 10 are available for purchase in store.  I went in this morning with the intent of using some Upgrade & Save coupons on newly released collector's editions of various movies, but the only option is to order them online. 

The problem with that is that since these are special editions I'm always concerned about the condition of the case/slipcover and the only way to guarantee I'm getting one in decent shape is by going to the store (3 in my area) and picking it out myself, which now I can't do.  Again, any of the below were potential purchases today, but now I have no idea if these will ever be in store or if I'd have to roll the dice on having any of them shipped to me damaged.  I wish I knew why these weren't even being stocked on shelves.

Again, this list is less than half of the newly released items that aren't in any stores.
