Hello, I saw Transformers 3D bluray on the webpage so I thought I'd go to my local Bestbuys and grab one. However to my suprise both didn't have them.

I went to the BB in Goodyear, Arizona and the one in Avondale, Arizona.

Sarah...PLEASE!!! After all the many complaints about calling (verifying 2 or 3 times). Using Web-site/driving 2 hours only to find out they don't have any after seeing it is "in stock" etc etc etc. NEVER trust what the web-site says. NEVER trust what you are told. Think ordering it for store pick-up guarantees it will be there even if the site says it is there? THINK AGAIN. The only way to verify anything is in stock at Best Buys is if you are standing in the store with it in your hand!!!
