I am very much into the imported music from Asia. My Bestbuy doesn't even stock the artists that have made the jump to region 1 fans. Versailles-Philharmonic Quintet-, Dir en Grey, Miyavi, Gackt, and hide are my favorites that have made this change and I can't find them. I MUST HAVE THEIR CDS! I know it's not as "main stream" as rap and what not but why not play to the eccentric people in the community. They pay for music too. Sorry, ranting. My point is, Bestbuy wants to be your one stop for music and electronics. They can't do that unless they cater to all of us left wingers with everyone else. At least that would make me spend more money in my BestBuy.

Great suggestion!  I tend to import a good number of CD's myself, and have always been puzzled as to why more widely recognized foreign artists can't seem to be found anywhere on U.S. storeshelves.  There is good news though: BestBuy.com features an independent music section (powered by CD Baby) that does carry a large number of overseas titles.  The site offers both physical CD's as well as MP3 downloads, so you might be able to find what you're looking for there if it's not available at your local Best Buy® store.
