How long does it take for In-Store Pick-Up to be processed?

I placed an order for items in the store several hours ago but have still to receive any e-mail regarding the order. I check the order status every hour and it still says "In Progress". It's two movies the store shows as in stock.

It usually takes 2-5 hours due to fraud checks.  Make sure to check your spam folder as well in case it gets kicked there.  The store also has to "pick" the item in the system to send back a signal that the item has been found is being held.  May want to call the store and make sure if they've found the item.
